Let’s talk setting INTENTIONS…

Do you have some BIG things, BIG goals you are setting for yourself? I do!

While on my morning run this morning, one of my Big Hairy Audacious Goals was on my mind and the first thing I thought of was Setting my Intentions.

I once read “The intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs.”

An Intention is the starting point to which ALL GOALS are set and met. If you don’t set your intention you won’t get to where you want to be.

Every day we need to set our intentions and expect them to happen!! ~ Set your goal, Have a date, Write it down~   In doing this, doors start opening for you!!

Be wary of negative self-talk. Be intentional in the way you talk to yourself about your goals. And most importantly, don’t listen to the negative-nellies in your life. Talk to the people who believe in you and will encourage you.

I have some really amazing things I want to do in the coming months. I have called on some very highly successful people to help keep me accountable.   Surrounding yourself with people who believe in you and hold you accountable will help you meet your goals.

The universe wants to help you help other people. When I set my intention, my goal is always to be a servant leader. What you put out into the world will come back to you!! Remember this when you are setting your own intentions.  

I want to touch people’s lives through my business and my opportunity. Creating more and better leaders along the way. This Mantra drives my intention….My intention helps me meet my goals.

My challenge to you is…Set your intentions high this month. Make it a big goal and stretch yourself.  Visualize it… there is so much power in visualization!!!

Bottom line, if you don’t set your intention of what you want… you are never going to get it!


Create a Legacy for Yourself and your Family

We talked a lot about how important it is to have focus in your business, but today I want to talk about something else important…Good Ethics.  You need to have and practice Good Ethics, not only as Market Partners, but as the Leaders in your organization.

You want to be a Networking Marketing Professional. When you treat your business with good ethics, and you put other people first,  you can’t go wrong.  There are so many people in the world that need more hair or want better hair,  which means we have a lot of people to talk to and A LOT of people to help. That being said, we need to help each other too. If you know a customer has talked with someone else or has a relationship with another Market partner, you need to point them back in that direction. That’s practicing good Business Ethics and it’s important that we wear those ethics on our sleeves every day.

You want to grow your business Organically.  Don’t front load or invest a ton of money to try and make rank.  Because here’s what happens… Next month, you’re not going to be able to do it. This business is not about front loading or investing thousands of dollars. It is not our business model and it goes against the Direct Sales Association. Grow your business Organically by talking to more and more people.


Next, be exclusive to your business!  Put your focus on THIS business.  It WILL create a future for you!  It’s going to create a future for your family…a Legacy!  You can even  Will this business to your family… how great is that!  You have the opportunity to make this as big as YOU want to. Go out there and make it Grand…make it HUGE!!  That means, getting out there and talking to lots of people. That will give you a Legacy Paycheck and a Legacy Residual Income.

Put others first, because it always comes back to you. Karma comes around and goes around and it serves you the dish that you deserve. I believe that from the bottom of my own heart!!
