Tis’ the season to be grateful and I love to share my success by coaching super savvy business women like YOU! Your business is already built, you have designed the framework, you are the go-to girl for your niche’ but you get stuck, not sure what you need to do to grow or not getting the quality client you desire. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Toni, I am top #1 earner in a network marketing business and business coach, traveling the world coaching women to be their very best.
If you’ve never worked with a strategic business coach before, you might be curious what the process of coaching looks and feel like. Although the experience of business coaching is unique to each entrepreneur, each coaching call follows a similar structure. Complete a questionnaire form to be used to:
- help you become clear and focused on your most relevant needs
- recap progress towards goals
- communicate your successes, challenges, and objectives for the call to your coach.
During the call we will review progress of previous commitments and/or plan of action.
Adjust plans as needed and discover your “why” because this is what gets you out of bed in the morning. Motivates you to do better, try harder and push yourself to your desired outcome. We will then discuss, collaborate, and brainstorm various strategies to achieve desired outcome. Determine appropriate plan of action and/or commitment for the week
